Terms of Use

Glitchy Hub is an internal tool owned and operated by Glitchy. By signing in you confirm that you are a Glitchy employee or contractor and agree to the terms below, which supplement your employment or contractor agreement and Glitchy's internal policies.

1. Access

Accounts are issued by a Glitchy administrator and are personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your session. Access may be suspended or removed at any time, including when your engagement with Glitchy ends.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Hub only for Glitchy business.
• Do not export, copy or share partner, advertiser, financial or advertising-account data outside Glitchy unless authorised.
• Do not attempt to access data or features outside your role, or to probe, test or circumvent the Hub's security.
• Only connect advertising accounts (for example TikTok for Business ad accounts) that Glitchy operates or is authorised to manage.

3. Third-party platforms

Where the Hub connects to third-party services such as TikTok for Business, your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, including the TikTok for Business Terms of Service and the TikTok Marketing API terms. The Hub reads reporting data from connected accounts and does not modify them.

4. Confidentiality

All data in the Hub is Glitchy confidential information. Your confidentiality obligations to Glitchy apply to everything you see or do here.

5. Monitoring

Actions in the Hub are logged for security and accountability, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

The Hub is provided as an internal tool without uptime guarantees. Glitchy may change or discontinue features at any time.
